Rogue Outdoors provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: rogueoutdoors.com. Rogue Outdoors has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If we agree that the product is defective, we will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, Rogue Outdoors will not process a refund request.
How do I request a refund?
Please call customer service at 405-323-7626 for assistance. Please have your order number you used to make your purchase when you call.
How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.
Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
